We'll bring your dream kitchen to life

From our workshop and showroom in Minster Lovell, near Witney, we're on the doorstep of some of Oxfordshire's most sought-after villages and market towns. We regularly design and fit bespoke kitchens for homeowners in Woodstock, Charlbury, Burford, and Chipping Norton, as well as the honey-stone cottages and period homes scattered around Kingham, Shipton-under-Wychwood, and Standlake.

Further afield, we work with clients across Oxford itself — from the tree-lined streets of North Oxford and Summertown to the elevated setting of Boars Hill and Wolvercote — as well as in Henley-on-Thames, Wallingford, Dorchester-on-Thames, Thame, and the villages around Abingdon and Faringdon. The Evie Willow process

Our design and ordering journey has been honed since our inception in 2013.

Step 1. Initial consultation

The design process begins at one of our showrooms, where you’ll have the opportunity to touch and feel the quality, craftsmanship and range of finishes and materials available.

Step 2. Presentation and engagement

When you’re ready to move forward, we can arrange a detailed site survey and begin crafting your bespoke design.

Step 3. Design development

Over the next few weeks, you and your designer will work together to refine every detail, sharing ideas, thoughts and requirements. This is when:

Step 4. Final design meeting

When you’re ready to place your order, a 10% holding deposit reserves your place in our production schedule and confirms your project as a firm booking.

Step 5. Choices meeting

Held approximately 10–12 weeks before your installation date, this is one of the most enjoyable appointments in your journey.

Step 6. Survey & technical

Things may seem quiet at this point, but it’s a vital part of the process to ensure everything goes perfectly moving forwards.

Step 7. Manufacturing

Now it’s over to our cabinet makers for the real magic to happen.

Step 8. Installation

Our installation team will arrive on the date agreed.

Step 9. Completion

Once the worktops are installed, remaining items will be fitted and tested.
