Cookie Policy

A short, honest account of the small files our website uses — what they're for, and how to say no to the ones that are optional.

Cookies and similar technologies

This policy explains how Evie Willow Limited uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with our website. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Other technologies, including pixels, tags and browser storage, can collect information about how you use a website.

These technologies can support security, remember your choices and help us understand your visits. Some can connect browsing activity with information you provide when you contact us.

Cookie purposes and consent

Strictly necessary

These support website security and essential functions, including remembering cookie choices. They do not require consent where their use meets the applicable legal exception.

Analytics and visitor tracking

HubSpot tracking cookies recognise your browser and record visits and sessions. This tracking can be connected to an identifiable enquiry record, so it is not limited to anonymous, aggregate statistics. Our policy is to obtain your consent for this optional tracking.

Optional features and advertising

Features such as live chat, embedded content and advertising tools may use additional cookies if enabled. Their consent requirements depend on their purpose and configuration. Advertising and profiling technologies require consent.

UK law provides a limited exception for technologies used solely to produce aggregate statistics to improve a website, subject to safeguards and a simple, free way to object. That exception does not cover tracking or profiling individual visitors. We do not treat CRM-linked HubSpot visitor tracking as exempt statistical activity.

HubSpot and your enquiries

Our website uses HubSpot for website hosting and enquiry management. Where you allow tracking cookies, HubSpot can record your page visits and recognise your browser when you return.

If you submit a form, HubSpot may associate earlier browsing activity from that browser with your contact record. Clicking a tracked link in a HubSpot marketing email can also associate visits with an existing record, where tracking is allowed. This means your browsing information may become linked to the details you provide, rather than remaining anonymous.

Rejecting optional tracking cookies does not prevent you from submitting a HubSpot enquiry form. Handling your enquiry and choosing whether to receive newsletters are separate from consenting to website tracking. Please read our Privacy Policy and the information provided with each form for details about how we handle personal information.

Your choices

You can accept or reject optional tracking through the website's cookie consent controls when presented. Consent for optional tracking must be an active choice; continuing to browse is not consent.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can also remove stored cookies through your browser's privacy settings. Removing a cookie does not, by itself, delete information already held in our systems or unsubscribe you from newsletters. Please contact us about information collected through tracking or about changing your communication preferences.

Browser controls are an additional way to manage stored data, rather than a substitute for the website's consent controls. Blocking all cookies may affect features that depend on essential cookies.

Third-party services

Links to Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Embedded content and manually added scripts can also involve third-party technologies. A HubSpot consent banner does not automatically control every third-party script.

For more information about HubSpot's cookies, see HubSpot's visitor cookie information. Details of how personal information is handled, including service providers, retention and any international transfers, belong in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy when our website technologies or their purposes change. The date above shows when the wording was last updated.
