Honouring the Arts & Crafts tradition through thoughtful design
Honouring the Arts & Crafts tradition through thoughtful design.
Inspired by the enduring principles of the Arts & Crafts movement, the Whittington Kitchen celebrates honesty in materials, exceptional craftsmanship and furniture designed with purpose.
Every element has been carefully considered to create a kitchen that feels rooted in its architecture. Painted Shaker cabinetry sits comfortably alongside solid oak detailing, handcrafted shelving and natural stone surfaces, creating a space that is both elegant and quietly understated.
Rather than following fashion, this kitchen draws on timeless design principles that have defined British craftsmanship for generations.
The handcrafted oak plate rack forms more than simply an attractive display.
Inspired by the traditional scullery, this area has been designed as a hardworking secondary workspace where crockery, serving dishes and everyday essentials remain close at hand.
Designed by someone who truly loves to cook
The owners came to Evie Willow having renovated several homes over the years. They understood exactly how they wanted their kitchen to function and approached the project with a clear vision.
As passionate home cooks, they weren't looking simply for a beautiful kitchen. They wanted a workspace that would genuinely improve the way they prepared food, entertained guests and lived every day.
Together we developed a design based around carefully considered working zones, allowing every stage of cooking to flow naturally from one space to the next.
The result is a kitchen that feels effortless to use because every movement has been thoughtfully planned.
